Hi fellow creatives! We are a freelance videographer, motion graphics designer, and UX designer looking for another professional to share our creative studio. 340€ /month, available from 1st September 2024. What we offer - Private room for office use, only for one person.
- Long-term contract.
- Amenities: the room comes with 2 desks, shelves, 2 infrared heaters, and high-speed WiFi.
- Shared Areas: lounge, kitchen, and WC.
- Environment: intended for creative professionals in arts/media. Not suitable for music production, noisy activities or strong smells; we aim to maintain a quiet and harmonious workspace.
Location - Located in a gated compound with other creative spaces.
- Shared backyard offering a collaborative and inspiring environment.
