Your Role Talk to companies that feel their SEO is losing impact and explain how AI Search, GEO & AI visibility really work (without buzzwords) Design and execute sales strategies that consistently outperform targets Take full ownership of the sales funnel, from pipeline creation to deal closure Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers at target accounts Drive negotiations and successfully close new business opportunities Keep sales pipelines and forecasts accurate, structured, and up to date Leverage data and insights to refine sales processes and improve performance Excel in a fast-moving, high-growth tech environment, with a hands-on mindset and no job too big or too small Help define how GEO services are positioned, priced, and sold Help deciding which tools are suitable to guarantee your success Work closely with strategists, consultants, and delivery teams Learn fast, test messaging, improve outreach, repeat This is not call-center sales. It’s consultative, smart, and future-focused. You’ll fit if… You have 2+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or Agency sales (experience selling to Marketing and Growth Leaders a plus) You have experience selling to Marketing Directors, VPs, and C-Level decision makers You understand AI, LLMs, SEO, content, or Growth Marketing You can explain complex topics in a simple, convincing way You like building things that don’t exist yet You’re curious, structured, and not afraid to talk to people You can work independently in a hybrid work environment You’re (ideally) based in Berlin and connected to the local digital / startup / marketing scene You possess both German and English language skills and can use it in a business, technical, context Sales experience helps, but mindset and understanding matter more.
