I am looking for a professional to help me build and promote an online community focused on developing trust. I have studied psychology and I work as a coach, trainer and keynote speaker, but most of all I’ve learned from being blind since the age of 18. We live in challenging times, but rather than giving in to cynicism and despair I would like to offer a positive and optimistic approach, using active trust and humor while creating a solid and supportive community. The project is called Trust Gym. It’s a year-long training that would ideally start next January. Here, users will find a place to work on improving all expressions of trust: in themselves, in others, in their relationships and even in business. They will be able to meet others who share their interests as they learn with weekly live meetings, videos, podcasts and exercises. You will not be alone in the beginning, there will be somebody guiding you through what’s already been done, so you will not have to start from scratch. The roles are the following: Design & Marketing Expert. Must have experience with:
1. Designing promotional material such as flyers or ads
2. Creating & managing social media content
3. Crafting attractive & professional online newsletters
4. Developing effective marketing strategies Online Community & Technical Expert. Must have experience with:
1. Creation tools such as Kajabi, Wix or similar platforms
2. SEO knowledge
3. Community management: interacting with members, supporting them, moderating Nice to have experience with:
1. Kajabi and/or Wix specifically
2. Cutting & editing podcast episodes
3. Logo design
4. Website design & management Important! — I’m not looking for lessons or courses to teach me about these topics, but rather someone to perform these tasks. German speakers are welcome, but a good command of English is required. I work in Berlin. This job can be fully remote, but being able to meet in person from time to time is a nice plus as it makes it easier to connect and develop things together. The position requires a commitment of three workdays per week. My initial budget is limited, but I can offer a pilot month for 1000 euros and increase it in the following month depending on sales performance. However, if you are very experienced and enthusiastic about the project, I’m open to discussing further terms. Looking for immediate availability! |
