As so many other things. 😉 But germany is, of course, in many ways more free than the US since years (decades). 😀 By the way…what is an „expat“? Sorry, but I don’t know the meaning of the word. 😉 And your last sentence is also a little bit difficult for me to understand. I think, I know your meaning, but I’m not quite sure.
